Happy Wednesday people! I'm not exactly sure where the term bucket list came from. I know that it basically means what you would like to do before you kick the bucket, but to me is just sounds so morbid and all ending. That being said, here is my personal bucket list and the things I would like to do before I kick the bucket myself. I can only hope that I have at least 70 years to complete them all!
In no particular order, here goes nothing.
1. Get into a car, drive across country with no time schedule and just see everything. Maybe take like a whole month and just drive until we reach the west coast! I have to do this in my life. Its a definite must.
2. Go to New York for New Years Eve in Times Square. While New York has always been somewhere I dream of traveling, going there for New Years would be awesome. Its like one big party with people you will probably never see again in your lifetime and its just good fun!
3. Mardi Gras. The End
4. Travel to England. There is something so classy about England to me. And no, the reason I want to go there is not because of the recent royal wedding, I have always wanted to go there as long as I can remember and one day I hope to go there. And maybe kick a guard at Buckingham Palace while I am there just to see what happens.
5. Dye my hair blonde. I am fully aware that this will never happen because I am a big chicken when it comes to my hair, but a girl can dream right?
6. Be on the Amazing Race. Of all the reality shows that are out there, this has to be my FAVORITE one. This is the ultimate travelers experience and while it is very fast, you can travel everywhere, literally, and maybe win a million bucks in the process. This is the one reality show that I live for on Sunday nights when its on. And no, the new one that is trying to be like the Amazing Race has nothing on it, so just do us all a favor and stop now. I will not watch.
7. Meet someone famous. Yes, I know. So cliche. Everyone wants to meet a famous person. I would not really care who it was that I met as long as it was Dolly Parton, Brian Mccann or Dallas Clarke.
8. I MUST see Josh Turner in concert. I would like to see many singers in concert, but he is at the very tip top of my list. I would take any long black train I had to in order to see him.
9. Work for a non-profit organization. I would love to do some type of work like this for any organization. It doesn't matter which one because I feel like they are always good no matter what. Make-a-Wish?
10. Lastly, I would love to be able to repay my family for everything they have done for me. If given the chance to do anything for them I would in a heartbeat. If anyone has ever been in a bind and there family has been there for them, you should all feel this way. Yes, its their job the be there but mine have just done SO SO much that I could probably never repay them if I had the chance.
What's on your bucket list? Come on people. Get to thinking make your own! Peace out until next time!
